We know this might come as a surprise both to you and our loyal readers after years of our bitter rivalry: Making fun of you publicly, writing endless articles about you, making fun of you behind your back, but we have simply been misguided, love-filled fools. 

Some readers might have been thinking our obsession with you has been a little much, but we had to hide our love in some way. Why else would we spend so much time thinking about you? Because we really hate you? Wrong!

We were hoping to fuel our very own 100,000-word, slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers fanfic with all of our attacks but all we can do is write it! Where’s the juicy stuff? The IRL yearning? It’s real on this side, and on paper, so why don’t you see it? 

We have been playing hard to get all this time and we understand, we made it seem very hard for you, but we acknowledge our failings and are willing to switch tactics and move forward in the interest of love.

YAF, will you fulfill our greatest wish and be our Valentine this Valentine's Day?
